His account was private. It's his fault for letting people he doesn't know follow him.
I say we still pursue him hard.. kids make mistakes.. if we learned anything this last season, it's that Notre Dame has the structure to allow student athletes to turn their lives around (Floyd).. ND is the perfect place to shape an immature boy into a responsible man
That's sad! Unfortunately CB is not a position the staff can take a risk on. If we had another elite CB committed then yes give him a chance but we need reliable participants at the CB position with the lack of depth.
My brain says stay away but my heart wants to give this kid a chance!
One has to wonder whether BK and the admin even want to deal with the potential headache that would come from bringing him aboard. After the hatchet job the Chicago Tribune did on them, you have to figure they'd be a little wary of diving into the pool this soon if for no other reason than to avoid the PR issues/distractions.
I'd hope they would be just as passionate about helping out a troubled kid as they would saving face from a PR standpoint.. but that's the world we live in
I agree ND needs to avoid all negative PR issues. With the spotlight always on ND I think they pass on this.
maybe its something deeper than just tweets.
Remember last year with all the unfortunate incidents no way ND takes a chance.

Yuri Wright has deleted his Twitter account. Very good decision by him and thanks to his coaches for listening to my suggestion.

So, we're down to a guy that decommitted because he was pissed at us, a UF committed guy, and a slow CB that might end up at safety??
G*D D*MMIT YURI!
