Read this from a Miami board: "Well, I can ALMOST with the utmost certainty tell you that this kid's transcripts are NOT legit. His name might not be the same and I GUARANTEE you without a certainty of doubt in my body that his age is NOT what it says on his passport OR his birth certificate.
I WOULD BET THE LIFE OF MY ENTIRE FAMILY ON THAT. "
For the record, after that post people didn't tell the poster that he was crazy or anything, they went on to talk about how a lot of people enter college later in their life, BYU, for example.
Maybe this is all a joke, but is this guy a non-traditional student or what? Not that there's anything wrong with that, in fact, if he chooses ND I kind of hope he's a couple years older/more mature.

I of course don't know anything about his age or student status but Coach wouldn't care anything about him being older. If he's big [obviously], athletic [obviously], and has a bit of a mean streak [who knows?], then it sounds like he can play. There are innumerable cases of athletes coming over from Nigeria who are muscle-monster freaks. My weight-lifting-coach brother put one into the Olympic level program who we might see in the next Olympics. There are some powerful genes in that country. Reminds me in a way of the "heavy" contact-oriented Samoans.
A player like this who emerges late might not get many offers because the super-powers have war-room boards which look nearly full at O-Line and are only fishing for the Peats Armsteads Banners et al. The superpowers will think with so many "sure things" still undecided that they'll get one of them. In another week or two, our staff will probably either get a solid focus on one of those elites or pop for a player such as Odogwu [which might turn out to be the best thing in the end]. Mr. Stanley! Are you listening??
