I think the worst was the first interception on the pass to Floyd in the endzone. Toma was wide open in the end zone, and when Rees came off the field it appeared that Kelly said "throw to the open receiver."

Floyd saved another INT on that TD... Tommy is not good, never thought he was, never think he will be.

Its a Hendrix and Golson race.

I have actually wondered off and on if this offense would have improved had Floyd gone pro after the Sun bowl... I think may actually make for a valid discussion with Rees at QB... at times Floyd carried us (because he is a beast)... but Rees also zoned in on him so much that it seemed as though it lead to a lot of his INTs... idk, hard to say losing your best player helps you... but in this case I have thought about it...

I wonder if he (rees) had been forced to scan the field more, if it would have actually helped him progress and lean less on one player...

just a thought I have considered from time to time,...

Kelly said as much in the post-game press conference. If the post route (Floyd) was doubled, he was supposed to look for the flag (Toma) 2nd. Floyd was doubled, Toma was wide open, but Rees forced it to Floyd anyway. Game over.
