First, Amir Carlisle transferring to ND is HUGE. Absolutely freaking huge. I'm not sure what his injury situation is... but Carlisle was by far my favorite RB target last year. He is ELECTRIC. If you forgot what kind of gamebreaking ability he has... here are some junior highlights...

He is wicked fast AND runs hard. He was raved about at USC this year and would've been the #2 RB and would've pushed for serious carries. The only thing that held him back this year were some nagging injuries.
Second, welcome Elijah Shumate. Between Shumate, Baratti and Prosise we are getting a really nice blend of of different types of players at safety. I'm pretty damn stoked to have the #3 recruiting class right now NOT COUNTING guys like Prestwood and Carlisle.
Third, how bout them hoopsters?!?!? ND women snapping UCONN's 57 game Big east winning streak in OT... ND men picking up their first win in the state of Kentucky since 19080 with a double OT win over #10 Louisville... unreal!!!
And last but not least, ND hockey beating down #3 Minnesota??
Just an incredible evening.
