Why all the negative thinking?? Why cant we play with FSU?? Why would they blow us out?? The Offense is sub-par at best and offense is better than anything they have faced, minus maybe OU (with Broyle). It wont be a barn burner on our end but I think we play sound and control the TOs we can win this game.

Never said we can't play with them just have my doubts right now. FSU has a lot of talent and so do we. Who ever turns the ball over the least will win(And we know how wonderful we our at that.). Just my opinion.

check out their wake forest game....they have a lot of turnover issues as well...less of a ground game, porous oline...they beat us in team speed...however there is not one team i believe besides lsu/alabama that we can't beat if we don't beat ourselves..

I agree, we can play with any one in the country (except LSU, Alabama) if we manage not to turn the ball over. But we our 118th in turnover margin so there is reason to be a tad concerned it could flair up again.

I love 93, but we had an undervalued and very talented team that year.

I just can't see our offense doing much against their defense, especially with the way ND turns the ball over. They have to much speed on D for ND to handle. I know their offense isn't very good, but I can see Manuel getting to the edge of the defense all day just like all the other QBs we faced this year. Plus, they do have a ton of speed on offense.

We will see, but i think we might be able to take advantage o-line (who lost another starter this week) and there no existant running game. Oh yeah and they lost B. Reed there best WR is out. There offense to me is a less explosive scUM. I can see us pressuring Manuel and him making stupid throws or coughing up the ball, which he is known to do. Yes theire D is awesome but we will get all this answered the 29th. GO IRISH!!!

Feels like "ground hog day" the same things people are saying about FSU i heard last year. Miami last year is FSU this year in a nut shell. I am anxious to see what happens just remember what Harrison did last. Oh and that blazing speed doesn't mean much when your out of position. We just have to play smart, sound football with no turn overs.

Not having Braxston was huuge. I actually like this matchup a lot. I think we win a low scoring affair.

FSUs OL is weak and our DL is for the majority healthy again.. A pressured Manuel is a horrible QB and they have a weak running game that cannot be relied upon.

Our apparent starting QB is no better under pressure but we have a better OL and a pretty decent running attack, even with Jonas gone. With the addition of Hendrix running around and making some plays I think we have the advantage.

Denard's pretty horrible too, and that hasn't exactly worked out for us. Manuel's speed on the edges could be dangerous, and their receivers, including shaw, are pretty good. However, if we can shut down the run, which shouldn't be too difficult, this should be a win, regardless of QB.
