Colorado State(nice place, bad fans)

So i went to the Colorado State and Air Force game in Fort Collins today and I was wearing my Cubs Jacket and as I was coming back to my seat with around 2 minutes left in the first half, this guy in a CSU shirt looks at me and goes CUBS SUCK! I looked at him and looked at his Rams shirt and then looked up at the scoreboard and saw 31-7 Air Force and laughed as I maturely went back to my seat and enjoyed the game.

I have a friend who is a big Wyoming fan and he despises CSU and he has always told me about the fan base but i didn't believe him, until today. When you are getting pounded that bad and still talking mess you are in a bad situation. I hope I never show as little class as I witnessed today.

Anyone else have any stories about CSU? Or any other school for that matter?

Dude that's nothing. Michigan's fans are awful as are Michigan State's. I've heard Ohio State is bad, and some SEC fans are pretty vicious.

My apologies, this was only one story I told, there were more cases than just the one I explained, especially the poor treating of the Air Force fans, and yes I realize my being a cubs fan might include a terrible team, but I've heard it all before and am used to it by now. I just thought it was funny because of the score and a majority of fans leaving at halftime.

I'm just sayin' it's two different games. He's not going to say "Cubs suck" because he is a CSU fan, but rather because he is a White Sox fan or something.

I played my final college football game against CSU, it is a pretty place however the fans as A-Holes. To top it off I blew out my shoulder that game....talking about fans cheering when I got hurt- F*king BS!

Side not is that I think the Air Force Fans are bad, I went to the ND - Air Force Game (if my memory is correct is was 1995) and those guys wanted to fight me and my buddy it would of been 10 on 2....bunch of punks.

The worst fans I've ever experienced are at 1) Michigan State and 2) Purdue.

They both have a serious case of "little brother" syndrome. Michigan State fans are more apt to try and fight you/your girlfriend/your kid. Purdue fans tend to just be whiny and annoying up until kickoff and then when the curbstomping commences, they shut up...but the year that Purdue beats ND? Oh the humanity. They talk like they're a perennial powerhouse.
