So after watching tonights game who starts at QB in the bowl game? Does Tommy start since he has been the starter all year? Or does Andrew Hendrix start because of his strong arm and his ability to run and move the pocket? If Hendrix starts does it disrupt the offense?

By the way Hendrix running the option looked beautiful!

Hendrix gave us a spark but was about 50% passing. Tough decision.

Ultimately, I think the offense is a lot more explosive and you gotta go with Andrew.

No question IMHO......Hendrix. He adds a whole other dimesion and lets Kelly's offense run at full speed

I think you play Hendrix, you know what you have in Tommy. He isn't bad, but he is never going to lead you to the promise land. Winning the bowl game is not going to make this season a success, so let's see what the kid has. I think Tommy will be a great "Next Man In" with a lot of good experience, but he just isn't going to get you to the BCS.

I think it's all going to depend on the opponent, and the gameplan the coaches come up with. If they are going to sling the rock all day, I think it's Rees. If they are looking for a more balanced approach, it will be Hendrix.

Easy choice. Season is ended, nothing to play for. If he starts bombing throw Rees back in. Rees can't run that so that dimension of the offense dies.

The bowl practices must be used to game-plan with Hendrix.

His strong arm and ability to stretch the play/run the option are attributes Tommy will never have.

A comfortable Hendrix with a game-plan is the way to go.

Give Hendrix a month to grow with the 1s and get comfy with the fact that he is the man takes us a long long long way towards being a real factor next year.

Hendrix to find out what you have with in him. See if he can complete a higher percentage of his passes with a couple of weeks of practice getting #1 reps.

Yeah I was leaning towards Hendrix too after watching him play tonight. He hung in there and kept his composure pretty well. But ultimately it will come down to the offensive gameplan.

I am on the Hendrix bandwagon.

Have been for a while now. It was good to see the kid get a chance and show us what he has. I love his toughness and his ability to move in the pocket and extend the play!

Remember Urban went after Hendrix big time...I think tonight proves he can run and has a cannon for an arm.

Hendrix hands down. Wow he's got talent! I say we smash anyone we end up playing in the bowl game. If we played Stanford again next week, we would beat them.

All the lower tier bowls are really about the future. For us, Rees isn't the future, so you really have to go with Hendrix.

Hendrix was great tonight but the only thing i am worried about is how he will play against a team that prepares to play a QB who can throw and scramble because you gotta remember Stanford prepared to play Rees who is a straight pocket passer

I've been supporting Rees, but Hendrix appears to be the way to go from here on out. Whoever gives us the best chance to win, and after watching tonight's game that sure isn't Rees.

If we play FSU, definitely Hendrix. FSU has a good defense, and we've seen what Tommy does against good defenses. Win or lose, Hendrix gets extremely valuable experience going into next season. If Tommy gave us a better chance to win, I'd say to start him, but I think he showed us today what his ceiling is.

Am I the only one furious for not giving this guy more reps throughout the season, the USC game and early in this game?
