PS. I don't think he steals any recruits from us... maybe Taylor Decker gets an offer and some craziness happens... beyond that only Mahone is from Ohio and I really doubt OSU pushes hard for our other midwest guys like Sheldon Day.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see Meyer end up driving certain kids our way when all is said and done. You know, the whole f*ck Michigan thing.

Okay, so before I get blasted about name your source, and all that, I'm just going to say that this information has been passed along to me, and that's what I'm doing here. I don't know Urban, I'm not his cousin, cousins cousin, or anything of that nature. I just thought some of you might be interested in this information.
Apparently:

-Netjets flew Meyer up on Thursday

-Deal done. 7 years - 40 million

- Luke Fickell retained as Asst. Head Coach (in fact he was involved in recruiting Meyer)

- Greg Studwara- Offensive Coordinator- BGSU connection, currently Oline and OC at LSU

- DJ Durkin- Defensive Coordinator- FL LB Coach

- Zach Smith- WR Coach- G.A. FL - WR Coach Temple (Earl Bruce Grandson)

- Mickey Marotti- Dir Football Ops- Strength Coach FL

- Stan Drayton - retained by OSU - moves from WR's back to RB coach - RB coach FL

Job opening will be posted Monday/Tuesday as per State/Federal regulations- announcement a week from Tuesday @ OSU vs. Duke basketball game.

-Less certain, but likely that Gene Smith will be re-assigned as SID.

Like I said take it for what it's worth, but I thought I would pass the info along to the 4HL. Maybe this will end our love affair with Urban. I was looking forward to taking Ohio recruits from OSU.

I think he will deny until after the season. Would be kind of wrong to say he is a coach if someone else is still coaching. Although I know the OSU coach is only an Interim coach. I think he still wants to wait until after the season and when he wants to announce it.
