I remember watching this kid on ESPNU a few months back and not coming away terribly impressed.

But if the staff wants him, I'm all in.

Good balance. Good hands. Good blocking. Gets north and south. I likes it.

I wouldn't exactly call 18 or 19 "old" Beau. My life on the computer consist of typing papers and going on Irish Envy. Lol

I actually really, really like this highlight video. He kinda reminds me of Jonas.

Son, I've got gray hairs...and yes, I'm only 18. lol

You've still taken a more updated/recent computer class than I have.

Thought the same thing. Probably 2-3 in shorter though.

Not trying to be snarky, but if you are a couple inches shorter, 10-15 lbs lighter, and a .1 of a second slower than another RB, it seems like a strange comparison, since height, weight, and speed are often what makes a RB unique.

Do you guys mean his running style is similar to Jonas'? His measurables remind me of his former teammate and ND commit Giovanni Bernard.

I think we need a couple of shorter, powerful backs, so I like this offer.

Yep, that's why he reminds me more of Walker than Gray.

Per Wiltfong cancelled his OV to Illinois. ND remains his only official.

Awesome. Like I mentioned in my last post, if staff is dead set on two rb's this class take this kid and put our efforts elsewhere, preferably on defense and the oline.

Just the way he runs.

I also think this kid might be faster than 4.5

It would be very suprising if St. Thomas Aquinas had a 3-star, 200 lb. RB, who ran a 4.4 40. His offer list suggests 4.6. I'll bet 4.56 is correct.

Jonas' 4.4 was really special, that's why he has been such an enigma until this year. As for the Ray Rice comparison, he was a 3-star, who was 5'9", 188 lbs. and ran a 4.59 in highschool, so that seems pretty darn close. Here's to getting Ray Rice pt. 2.

Anyway, his film looks good to me, and I really underestimated Giovanni Bernard, so I won't sleep on STA again.

Sign him up!

This seems to happen a lot with the "second tier" guys. I say that loosely as I think Dami would be a great pick up but I think its clear he wasn't as regarded as either Marshal, Russell, and Mahone.

Weird that it is on Thanksgiving and even weirder that he has yet to visit any school and decided to commit.

Hope he didn't commit because of the staff, Zook is toast this year with a new AD over him.

Looking more and more like we will only get Mahone this year unless we pull something off for Russell.
