Prayers for family of former ND Student Manager

Hey everyone, I don't post here often but I'm just posting here to ask for your prayers for former ND Student Football manager Xavier Murphy who died from leukemia last night. Xavier graduated this past year and was actively involved with the football team and was serving as an intern this year until his diagnosis. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

I just saw that too and was going to post until I saw your thread.
Very sad....can't believe he only found out about the leukemia two weeks ago...thats awful.

I know the Murphy's. Very devastating and sudden. Thoughts are with them and I know thousands of others are with them as well.

That was beautiful. My heart goes out to the family for the loss of a wonderful person. Equipment managers take a lot of crap and work as hard as anyone affiliated with the program, so he had to have been a great person. He is and will always be remembered as Irish. My family and I will pray for comfort for the family and to X, rest well brother. You have been a faithful servant and we will remember you forever.

very sad about this young man. My thoughts and pryers go to the murphy family. He is no longer in pain and in a better place.

I lived next door to him last year in Zahm and he was a great guy. Really sad to see him go. We had a Mass for him in Zahm last night followed by a trip to the Grotto. It was really quite emotional, definitely the most packed I've seen our chapel.
