He is the exact profile of what the new Notre Dame athlete should be. Thoughtful, Confident(borderline cocky), Passionate and understands what it is all about on the field as well as off the field. I LOVE IT!

I love the new swagger of notre dame players with the arrival of kelly. He wants his players to be cocky on the field (by cocky I mean not THINKING but KNOWING you are better than the other team and not being pushed around) and gentleman off the field which all of these new players seem like they fit that personality which is great to see

^ Can someone take the picture of Kelly running out of the tunnel with the "Haters Gonna Hate" tag, and put...

Swagger...Deal with It.

So much for worrying about the kid's 40 time.

The Opening used laser time, right?

A 4.6 still isn't that good for a cornerback though.... but I am NOT saying there is anything to worry about with Tee

A 4.61 isn't a bad time. He is a tall corner who uses his length to his advantage. A 4.6 is faster than most people think. He will only get faster at ND. He will be just fine.

He proved this last weekend in the 7 on 7 that he can compete. I love his swagger along with Greenberry.

And as almost all of our commits proved (except Perkins), 40 times don't mean everything. Both of our receivers ran in the 4.5's which usually doesn't indicate ELITE talent but our guys dominated. And even Harrell ran in the 5.5's which is slow even for a lineman and yet he did really good as well

Jonathan Baldwin, AJ Green, and Greg Little all ran in the 4.5+ range at the NFL combine. Floyd won't crack 4.5 either. 4.5 is not elite speed, but that doesn't mean that you aren't an elite talent.

Folks: our guy was an All-Star. What else do we want?? Who cares HOW he shuts them down; they're so scared of him they stop even trying him. So he's "MAGICK" ... I'll take it.

Bingo! Couldn't have said it better.

When you see how this guy closes the gap, his 40 time is just a meaningless number to me.

40 times might be the most over rated thing in sports. He is still a junior in high school remember. he will get faster.

Besides, they are rarely accurate. To be honest, I would rather evaluate game speed/quickness than a 40 yard dash without pads.

Update on 247 talking to Tee about hs switch, also there is a mention of a recruiting nugget. Anyone care to share what that is if its relevant?

Believe it is the fact that the reason for his switch is to EE.

Is Tee the only ND commit attending the Gridiron Kings 7-on-7? I'm not sure I noticed anyone else besides Treggs that we have on the radar...

Thanks TT. I must've been looking at the wrong roster because I didn't see the majority of those names. Great to see Prosise on that list. I hope he confirms what the staff saw and has a great performance. Also glad that Tee and Darby (probably our biggest recruiters) will be there. I'm sure they'll be talking to Shaq and KeiVarea about jumping on board.

Hopefully Darby, Tee, and CJ form a relationship and get jazzed up about playing together so we can rest a little easier until NSD.
