When I was a sneior in high school (2006-2007). My School was chosen to take apart in taking some standardized tests put out by the university of michigan to monitor devlopment. A few years ago they sent me money without even taking the survey amnd since I was jobless at the time I paid for necessities. this time around however I have to fill out another survey andwhen i send it back to them I will get anohter 25 diollar check. I think the 25 bucks (since I have a job to pay bills, gas, and food) should be spent on something Notre Dame related, what do you guys think?
