Longo is very private in his routine...went to the clinic last year and you could tell it urked at him to even give what little tid bits he did for the coaches there. He's trying to keep his "competitive edge" which is what he likes to call it. If you find a copy of the routine you know someone on the inside.

These guys bodies changed from the end of the season to the bowl game. What this guy does is pretty amazing. I'd keep it to myself too-its nobody's business unless their a Notre Dame football player.

I don't think Kelly ever really banned them. I think he made a joke about it when Bennett Jackson tweeted about his position change before Kelly would have liked.
