As noted this time of year blows. I kinda just realized i've had my dog for over a year and was curious what kind of dog does everyone have. After all they are mans best friend. Mines a little over a year old and he's a Shepard, Husky and beagle mix. His names Rocky I got him from a family friend when he was 8 weeks.

I've had tons of dogs over the years...

usually roasted low and slow covered in a nice BBQ sauce with a kick.

I have a Chocolate Lab. He's the best bird dog ever. He is slightly maimed from a rattlesnake bite he received during dove season on Labor Day, 2009. But he can still hang with the best of them.

KPENN - that looks like you got a great dog there! Too cute!

I have two dogs. Both mutts. Both shelter rescues. I got my dog, Ally, before meeting my wife. She got her dog, Roger, shortly after we started dating. They quickly became inseparable. They bring a lot of joy to our lives. Since my wife and I aren't having kids, they are like our children and they are very spoiled.

85lb Male Boxer named Clubber, who is a total dumb-*** but he is my boy, and a 75 lb female Black lab named Layla, who is probably the world's best dog.

Dude, try Cosequin DS. It is for arthritis. My dog was having trouble, started her on this stuff, she is like a puppy again. Running, playing, wrestling. From time to time, it still takes some effort for her to get up especially when it is colder, but she is doing great. You can get it at any pet store or online and it is non-narcotic so it doesn't screw them up.

I had a german short hair pointer named maddie, and she was amazing. a great hunting dog although for some reason she loved to chase deer through the field as opposed to birds. I also had a yellow lab name brandy, and she was very very stupid and would routinely run into our sliding glass door thinking it was open. but she was very good and fun. but i moved down to kansas for school and my parents are moving so they had to get rid of them. one of the saddest days of my life.

9 pound Miniature Long Haired Dachshund named Rudy (the name was a total bribe by my wife as I didn't want another dog--now, of course, he's my boy). He's a fine Chestnut color that goes well with his ND collar.

I've had a lot of dogs, mutts and purebreds. But my favorite is Irish Setters, I'm on my third. This one is Maggie. Crazy dogs, very happy, but very lovable.

I have a dog. Some people think he's an Airedale, but he's just a mutt I'm pretty sure. Waited hours before the shelter opened to get him his first available adoption day....man I love him!

Red Standard poodle named Rudy. He is NOT cut like a poodle, we keep him normal looking. Dad wanted a bigger dog, mom said it couldn't shed.

He is a HUGE swimmer.

I don't know how to put up a pic, but I have a dog named Rockne.

We had a dog named Tyrone.

He was in the Non Working Group.

Had a passion for doglegs.

He screwed the pooch then ran away to Seattle and screwed the Huskies.

Its been many years since I've had a dog. Being single its tough on the dog and I dont want 2 dogs for their company. The best dog in my life was a 205 lb Saint Bernard- Barney was a stud. 26 inch collar and gentle as a lamb.
