He would have committed to Cincinnati if Kelly and the staff were still there. Strong bond with the coaches.

So here is the skinny for those who are just getting here, the compliance office people who need to approve the faxed LOI did not make it into campus due to the weather. So the LOIs are being faxed into the Gug, then faxed to the house of the compliance person, and finally faxed back to ND....in short there will be delays throughout the morning on who has sent their Letters in.

Chase Hounshell is next and makes 5.

Coach Martin interview. Nice information on the recruiting process.

First it starts with the area coach (each assistant has about 5 states that make up their "area"), then the recruit gets passed down to their respective position coach, the next coach to become involved in the recruitment becomes the coordinator, and finally coach Kelly says yes or no if the player gets an offer or not.
