Go to forums at top of home page. Click on the one you want to post on. Then click on new thread(it is in blue)

Its pretty simple.
Go to the forum you want to post in ie. Notre Dame Football or whatever. And theres a blue bubble that says New Thread. Same as the one that says Post Reply and Quote. Its at the very top of the forum...beneath the Sub-forums and in left hand corner. Click it and you can create your own thread.
