I agree it's time to move on and start looking elsewhere if we're serious about landing another OLB type player. Not sure if there's anyone left on the board besides Ray from Missouri, if not there's always next year.

I've often mentioned the bi-polar attitude around here.

Don't worry, once Aaron commits everything will fall into place.

He's still gonna end up at State...

They have a really nice academics at PSU, not ND. But good.

The networking is ND all the way. No one has alumni like ND.

Not even close to ND. They've got some good EG programs in Happy Valley and place well into jobs (typically) but the quality of academics, student to faculty ratio, intelligence of the student body, etc. are all far below ND when you look at the metrics.

My little brother started at PSU this past fall. My parents got back from dropping him off and frankly hated how he was just a number there and no one seemed to give a ****. They have a slightly better impression after a semester, but even my brother admits that most students there don't take class seriously at all because you don't have to when there are so many people. And it was rated the #1 party school last year or something.

Bottom line is that ND, and even Syracuse to a degree, are much better schools for undergrad education than PSU.

I wouldn't really say that the students don't care about class. There is more partying obviously because it is a bigger school. There a lot of people on campus, but not all of them party. PSU got voted by recruiters #1 for having the most well prepared students. It's a world of difference between the schools but Penn State is a good academic school.

If he does indeed chose PSU then congrats and good luck to him. He's gonna be a hell of a player, whever he ends up at.

Ishaq, Councell, and Rabasa on the edges. Terrifying.

And that's only from the '11 class.
