I'm actually going to go with the Ducks. I think they can score on anyone, and have a very underrated D. If (and its admittedly a big if) they can find a way to simply slow down Cam, they have a great shot of taking it down.

Auburn most certainly. I can't stand either team though. Not after the Cam Newton epiphany. Chip Kelly is too arrogant about his offensive speed. It's a gimmick, and once the other 100+ teams in the NCAA formulate a quick read defense and hurry up personnel subs, it will all crash and burn...

Going to have to root for the Ducks since I live in Eugene. I really hope they smack Auburn in the mouth, mostly because all of the talking heads it seems have already given the game to Cam and the tigers.

In order for the Ducks to win they need to be much more physical than Auburn, and they cant let Newton take over the game. Which means they need to punish him each and every time he has the ball in his hands. The Ducks defense is ridiculously fast and they play in space very well. The main drawback to that speed is if they have the size to deal with a QB the size of Newton. They didn't do to well against Pryor last year.

Err.. Haven't figured it out yet, and probably won't. This offense runs at break neck speed and that shows that there is discipline by the bucket load here.

Either way, I like Auburn.

Lets see, neither have elite defense but both play solid.

QB goes to Auburn, Cam is talented

Skill position is not even close, Oregon is deadly everywhere on the field

Oline i think Oregon is better, not big but athletic.

Plus nobody runs at the pace Oregon does.

I think Oregon pulls away in the 4th and wins comfortably.
