Though I wish the series would return to it's Middle Eastern roots, I'm calling this a first day buy. The multi-player looks like it could be sick.

Looks pretty tight. Personally, I thought Italy was better in AC2 than the Middle East in AC1.

Also, in early 2011...new Legend of Zelda for the Wii comes out.

Just played the multiplayer last night

Thought it was pretty fun though wait to get into a session was slow at times.

I am 6 hours into the game. It is absolutely amazing! It doesn't even seem like a new game. Its like disc 2 of AC2. I love it! AC2 and ACB are going to go down as my favorite videos games of all time i think. I love everything about them!

It's like AC2 on steroids, everything that made AC2 awesome is back, and then there's more. The multiplayer is pretty fun too, huge change of pace from COD.

Gay. Black Ops bitches

Black ops terrible!! Trasharch(Treyarch) really screwed up the multiplayer to no end in that game. The sound quality is second rate i.e. can barely hear enemy footsteps and gun fire is terrible. The hit detection is random, I'll shoot an enemy in the head to hear the headshot sound only for it not register the kill. The matchmaking is pathetic and trying to get a party going in a game could take up to an hour. The concept of the game has potential to be a good game but as of now it's a half a** develop game and it doesn't help their cause when the developers come to their offical forums and state they nerf the sound quality of the game because they didn't want "soundwhoring" and us consumer should adapt. WTF, is "soundwhoring?" Is it a term made up by Treyarch to hide the fact their sound guy screw it up? What a let down, I was looking forward to this game but I guess it's back to noobtube MW2.

As for the campiagn haven't play it yet could possibly be good but I really buy games for the mutliplayer aspect. Oh well, the count down to Gears Of War 3 has begun for me.

I agree that Treyarch didn't produce a refined product in black ops as Infiniti Ward did in MW2. But I'm still having a blast playing black ops. my favorite thing about black ops is the online maps. very creative. very fun to play online. mw2 i still the best in the series, but black ops is fun

I agree I love some of the maps Grid, Summit, WMD, Array big maps something I thought MW2 lacked. As for IW in MW2 I have some gripes about that game like getting killed by an RPG that went 50 feet above your head or 30 feet passed you. Black ops has potential but right now it needs lots of fixing.

I was a little nervous AC3 would not be as good but judging from these posts I will most definately be purchasing.. I wasn't aware that there was multiplayer... AWESOME!
