I like the shirt - i would buy one. I would need the sizes to go to XXL tho. I'm xtra fat nowadays.
Thanks guys, I appreciate the positive feedback! OK, here's the deal with printing these up: Essentially, there's two ways to go...the "suck" way and the "it won't suck" way. I prefer the latter because we aren't U$C.
The suck way is to offer them as one printed shirt at a time through a print on demand service such as CafePress, Zazzle, etc. Generally speaking, I have yet to find one of these that does a good job because they pretty much take an image and print it off on a shirt with a really fancy ink jet printer. While that sounds all well and good, it translates out to it looking like a crappy iron on transfer.
The non-suck way is to have a professional screen printing shop do them, that way they used water based inks (so they aren't all slick and shiny like old school softball jerseys) and the print quality is top notch (no bitmapped edges like it was printed from the 'net). Trust me, I have extensive experience dealing with this through trying to do my own shirt line.
What's the difference, really, between the two services? Well, other than the aforementioned quality, the way in which we need to order. The reason why the print on demand printers have thrived is because it's a simple process to upload some art and send people to a storefront and order a shirt. They get printed one at a time, shipped to you, they handle payment, etc.
Since I would assume most people would prefer quality over U$C...I mean crap...what I will do is get a price quote on what shirts will cost from a friend of mine that owns a screen printing shop and see how well we can hook this up. They will handle the printing and I will probably handle the shipping. Once I get a price quote I can bring back to you guys, I would need to take an accurate order amount and have everyone pay me through PayPal if possible.
Since I need to get a price quote anyway, I will see about what options we have (like white on a green tee, gold on a blue, etc.) I do know that tie-dye probably won't be an option as well as other exotic pints...too cost prohibitive as they aren't regular stock at a shop (special order). But, that works out well if you're someone like me who thinks tie-dye needs to stay in the 60's.j/k I would like to make other shirt styles, but for the moment I need to see how much of a turnout we have on this first design and see if we can support a shirt line for Irish Envy.
I'll have some info tomorrow probably, and thanks everyone for the interest in this project!

This price covers the cost of the shirt, it's printing and the cost for me to ship it in an envelope or box from the USPS.
