I exclusively use Hot routes bases on personnel match ups, d & d, coverage etc... I almost never run a play without changing the routes.... I have a "Blitz read" and coverage read before every snap....

I am about to get this game in a few days for my xbox 360 - I admit, I'm clueless when it comes to updating rosters automatically. I finally have xbox live this year, so can I now do this? Can someone please give me step-wise instructions on how to get the updated ND rosters once the game arrives? I plan to play in dynasty mode, probably AA difficulty level with sliders adjusted.

Shaq - boosted his catching up a few points
Dayne - Made him a little faster
Montana - Boosted him a tad

The games great, I've had some good games so far. Not sure what to do at TE for a back up and Dieon Walker is my leading receiver.

Irish 5-0, beat Stanford by 2. The next week Stanford knocks off # 4 Oregon , the Coaches poll comes out and a 4-1 Stanford team in ranked #17 and the Irish arent ranked. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

How does everyone like playing online and fumbling every possesion? Me, I actually quit a game which I have not done in years. Seriously EA could you spend just a couple more hours on the NCAA side to get these annoying bugs out and not let people cheat. Frustration galore.

Well I won the first game of my ND dynasty 56-7.
Crist was 14-23 for 222 yards with 3 td's and 0 int's.
Allen had 9 carries for 106 yards and 2 td's.
Floyd 3 catches for 92 yards and 1 td.

Kinda sucks though I got a user game in week 2. Awesome play was on the cpu's first drive they drove down to inside my own 1 and on 3rd down Teo stepped in on an option and took it to the house for 6.

Anybody else find that Massa has some skill on the game?

finished year one of my Dynasty... 12-1... smoked Utah in the big game of the year... and then beat them again in the Las Vegas Bowl (yeah that's the best I did with 11-1)...

The USC game was B.S.!!! Danye breaks his collar bone in the Army Game so I have to roll with Nate Montana (which is cool really because I did some tight ass shit with Nate agaisnt USC in the same situations the past two seasons in this game.)... and Nate LIT IT UP... I ran straight from empty backfield the whole game and destroyed SC...

--but Nate fumbled going into the endzone twice (the replay showed both times he was in but the game didn't overturn it)
--The game wouldn't let me hike the ball for like ten seconds as the clock wound down for the half on their 1 inch line... I have NEVER encountered this ever in any installemnt of this game.
--Shaq dropped a WIDE OPEN catch literally standing in the end zone, facing the ball
--Like four or five holding calls on third down conversions
-- I almost never see PI in this game... they got five of them in THEIR third and longs...

this game was intent on cheating me more than ever... but fuck it, I won anyway, Walls picked off the ball in their end on their last ditch effort and I won 25-14.


Had the number 4 class, ranked 10 overall, and Bosie St. Beat Miami in the Title Game (47-7...lol)... Iowa and Georgia Tech were 1 & 2 for most of the year then OSU blasted Iowa and Miami beat GT...

Bosie was never challenged in any game. The only games I was in were USC (win), Pitt(pulled away late) and BC (Loss).

put big run on conservative and this will be a non issue.

I'm now 9-0 and ranked No. 2 in the nation, about ready to face off with undefeated and No. 5 Utah.

This year's game seems a lot different, both good and bad. Anyone else having injury issues gallore?

My first few games I literally had 5 or 6 players injured and missing the current game. Te'o has basically missed 2 full games. I lost Slaughter for 10 weeks and TJ Jones for 10 weeks. Just got Shaq Evans going (he was leading the team in TD's) then he was lost for the season. Nearly every game one of my running backs gets hurt. Luckily I haven't lost any long term.

Defense is playing pretty good. Filer and Te'o are big playmakers. KLM is suprisingly strong too. Pass defense is iffy and Stanford and BC ran the ball with ease sometimes.

Crist is playing amazing, but can't do anything with this feet. Has about -70 yards on the season. Just think what the offense could do if he runs for 30 yards a game! I've got him with 3,000 yards 29 TD and 5 INT.

Running game is decent, Wood and Allen have pretty high YPC averages, but are inconsistent. Can't get Gray going at all.

Receivers are lethal, altho the injuries to Jones and Evans are hurting me. Floyd only has about 40 catches but is close to 1,000 yards and has 10 TD's. I try to get him the ball more but Rudolph and others are open more often. Rudy is almost always open...crossing routes he can't be covered by LB's.

Alabama has CRUSHED everyone and is cruising to the SEC title game. Boise is still undefeated but I just past them to go to #2 in the polls. USC has lost 4 games already!! Stanford, BC, MSU and UM are all having great seasons. If this happens in real life, our SoS will be crazy!

Pitt lost to Utah and Miami before they came to South Bend. They have a crazy schedule this year...they'll need good QB play for sure.

I wasn't ranked until 5-0 and came in at No. 21 when I played Pitt who was at No. 24 with two losses. Didn't think I'd make the title game if I didn't lose, but then I shot up the polls after beating Pitt, Western Michigan, Navy and Tulsa.

I had the weirdest game ever against Tulsa. Struggled big time for most of the 1st half, it was 14-7 for a long time...finally beat them 62-10 and it felt like I only won by two or three scores.
