I am really happy Fisher is returning to the Lakers. He is a great professional and I hope they can get him a sixth ring. Speaks very highly of Kobe too that D-Fish wanted to continue being his teammate and that was one of the big reasons he stayed.

Jefferson to the Jazz is now a done deal. GREAT pick-up for them. The west is loaded with a bevy of above average to very good teams, with Utah, Dallas, Denver, and OKC, plus Phoenix and the Spurs can never be discounted. Throw in a very good Portland team, and that is a DEEP conference, headed by the world champs. The east is tiop-heavy, but at least the conference-semis will be fascinating with the Heat-Celtics-Magic battling each other or the Hawks/Bulls.
