I read the article and didn't read that "they can attract ND to the Big12" but rather that they need a Notre Dame. ND's draw and fan base would expand the Big 12 TV coverage outside their immediate market.

No, the ones saying they could get you are delusional. There is no doubt that they need a program like yours to help their circumstance. What's funny is, last year I'm sure most Texas fans would of said ND is irrelevant.

I would rather join the big12 than the big10 any day of the week. The Big10's lack of respect and flat out "never let ND in" attitude(thanks Joe Pa) have led me to think of them as the shittiest and most arrogant of all conferences in the good ol US of A.

Also, I will at least give credit to the PAC 10 and BIG 12..at least they just became mathematically incorrect..the BIG 10 has been 11 for a while...unless like some of them say..."no...we are the big 10 and then there's northwestern"

If, and thats a big IF we ever had to join a confernce (thank God we dont have to right now). I would rather it be the Big 12.

Maybe that is selfish of me because I live in Tx and would be able to see them more. I also think that would help out in recruiting (a big state that we need more players from) as well though.

Well the Big ten has had 11 teams for going on 20 years now...
