Four-star prospect Blake Lueders (Zionsville, Ind.) has decommitted from Notre Dame and is now headed to Stanford, ESPN affiliate Web site IrishSportsDaily.com reports. Lueders officially visited the Cardinal over the weekend of Jan. 16th. Notre Dame defensive line coach Mike Elston paid him an in-home visit last Wednesday. Lueders, who originally committed to former head coach Charlie Weis, took his official visit to South Bend in October. Northwestern, Boston College, Wake Forest, North Carolina, Purdue, Indiana, Kentucky, Iowa, Vanderbilt, Michigan, Minnesota and Virginia Tech also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot-5, 250-pounder. Lueders was named Indiana's Mr. Football as a senior. He registered 93 tackles, three fumble recoveries and one interception while also scoring five touchdowns. Lueders missed the season-opener due to bilateral hernia surgery.
