On breaking Jeff Samardiza's single season records for receptions and yards receiving, with at least one game to go. It's been a pleasure to watch. And one of the rare positives.

that kid is a special player... he has shown without floyd this year that he can be the go to guy and proved to everyone that his success was not because of floyds.

& for all the haters I implore you to revisit the PITT game where he was patting the PITT players on the helmet & rear throughout the game in a show of respect.

I missed the game on TV today but listened on the radio as I had to work but I am hopeful his demeanor was the same.

He was fairly calm today, although the announcers thought, at one point, that a flag on the field was going to be an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty against him, for strutting around after a catch. It wasn't. He wasn't the model of restraint today, but he definitely was much less flamboyant than at midseason.

Golden Tate is just freaking awesome. The guy catches the ball and stands there until there is 3/4s of the other team jumping him before he goes down. Amazing to me.

Yes he is awesome. Not bad for a guy that when he was a freshman ran one route.

Great year for GT but 2010 will be the year of the running back. I feel bad for our RB's. CE's scheme has not given them much of a chance to showcase their skills on a regular basis. Next year will will see a greater number of players really shine.

i am pretty sure i came and said i was impressed with how he had conducted himself the past few weeks.

why do you call people haters because they dont accept a guy acting like a baby? i dont hate the kid i say things like that because i HOPE for him to improve on it. michael jordan would have never been michael jordan if he was a jerk.... golden tate will be far more productive acting like a champion rather than a strutting trash talker. i am have been very impressed with his play all year i have been very impressed with his improvement after the catch the last few weeks. hopefully he ends up a day 1 pick this year if he decides to come out.

Because he's not acting like a baby! He acts like a kid that's motivated & driven to win. The one player on a lifeless, emotionless team playing with emotion & he's singled out & criticized for it. Stop wanting your proverbial cake along ability to scarf it down all at the same time. It is hate. Self defeating hate.
