USC Education - It's Faaaaaaantastic!

Gotta love that USC education they are giving their football players. Chris Mortenson interviewed former USC LB Clay Matthews, and it aired today on Sportscenter. Here's what Clay had to say about being drafted by Green Bay this year:

"When I heard they drafted me, I had to go immediately online because I didn't know where it was. I didn't know it was in Wisconsin."

Now, before you defend him with some wise crack about Wisconsin, there is no way a college graduate of such an 'esteemed' university, especially someone whose family is NFL royalty, shouldn't know that Green Bay is in Wisconsin. I don't care if he's from SoCal. USC is supposed to be a place of higher learning. That is, unless you play football. Thank you for the laughs Clay!!!

Even if it wasn't about being a student, he is a FOOTBALL player!!! There is no freakin' way if you have watched any football, that you wouldn't know Green Bay is in Wisconsin. His own father played in the mother f'ing NFL for crissakes! How did it never come up in a story around the dinner table about a time his dad played in freakin' WISCONSIN?!?! My holy hell this is just ridiculous. This is a stupid human being! They gave him a driver's license?!? I am terrified to be anywhere on the streets in Southern California with this bozo on the loose.

me and my family are die hard packers fans. We decided to go to Green Bay, after all its only a 6 or 7 hour drive to where we are in Jersey. When we got their, we couldnt find the stadium or anything and went home really disappointed. Green Bay, Virginia is beautiful. Went there on a trip I called "Famous Cities in Other States". Also visited Rome, Georgia. Looked for celebrities in Hollywood, Florida. Saw the architecture of Athens, Ohio. Finished up savoring the cuisine and art scene in Florence, Arizona.
