I place in my home town of Victorville Ca. was on the other day... but I love spicy and they had this place that roasted serrano pepers then chopped them up seeds and all and put them on top of the burger under some peper jack cheese...

I tried it...


best burger I have ever had without ANYTHING coming close... hot as hell but SO GOOD

Never thought about doing that, but I do lay 2 strips across the top of my meat loaf while it cooks to let the grease drip right into it. It makes a big difference. I may not make it to 60, but I'm going to enjoy every minute of it!!
