This is why I assume it’s got to be close enough to market rate, because you are essentially renegotiating every year and too big of delta will result in portal entries. Being that our 2 deep is still at ND we must be within striking distance, enough that the thought of uprooting your life is sufficient disincentive to test things.

Fair, but I think there’s probably a hefty dose of asking guys to buy in to the culture / 4 for 40 stuff/ etc, which is why you’d have to be particularly sensitive to bringing in guys who aren’t bought into that.
