Coach Rah seems like a good guy and the players around the League respect him. He undoubtedly lands as a DC somewhere, but I don't know that he's going to get a third chance at an HC job now.

I agree that drafting Penix was a huge gamble and it's one the GM and HC are now paying for with their jobs.
