We need to be rooting hard for IU tn. OSU would likely be the round 2 matchup at #1 if we get the 8/9 spot with a win

If yall need a much needed ESPN break, flip over to Fox for the Big 10 Championship pregame. All are saying Bama is out and ND/Miami are in. Very refreshing break from ESPN/SEC dong being jammed in Fowler/Herbstreits mouth
Even Mark Ingram agreed bama is out. Brady his usual well spoken self framing the Irish as IN!

I can understand how one may argue a loss in a ccg shouldnt keep you out of the playoffs, but this wasnt a loss, Bama got their ass beat down.
Right…I’m all on board for the idea that there should be more upside than downside for these but they can’t be literally 0 downside.

It’s simple. They played each other 10 weeks ago & Bama beat them in Athens. Excellent. Then today happened and proved one team improved over 10 weeks and one team got worse. They were non-competitive.

Herbie saying Miami in, so it's between Bama and ND. Holy shit, that's corrupt AF. ND's data point improved with Boise's win last night. Miami's didn't improve at all. Yurachek said Bama and ND were EXTREMELY close. In what world should Bama fall behind Miami but not ND?

I'm not saying the committee won't do it, but the blatant bullshit framing is beyond shameful.
Herbie covered his tracks & stressed he didn’t know anything & it was his opinion but Fowler was nauseating. He talked about how we “work in the SEC” & acknowledged B1G has some good teams at the top but the SEC, week in/week out is sooooo much tougher. Then he had the nerve to say “that’s not bias, that’s the truth”. How can he watch other teams when he’s doing SEC games most of the season? How come he doesn’t factor in travel since the SEC never has to travel outside their footprint? Has he truly watched SEC juggernauts like South Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Florida, MSU, Auburn? Are you fucking kidding me?

OSU lost to UM last year and because of that they became unbeaten It's hard to root for osu or iu. just don't want OSU to have more growth from a loss when we see them in the playoff

How about the disparity in opinions between ESPN & FOX after Bama got blasted? Fowler & Herbie trying to save face for Bama b/c they played in a CCG (well they showed up…I wouldn’t say the ‘played’). And then the guys at Fox all seemed to be on the same page (including Bama alum) in dropping Bama & BYU in favor of Miami & ND. When two networks are that far apart & one of the two actually has a stake in the SEC it’s about as Pravda as you get for sports.

Yeah the logic that you cannot ignore NDs week 1 (it is paramount) but you can ignore this Bama game is hard to comprehend.

Fox pregame sucks and what is worse is we have to listen to Gus Johnson.
