I really liked it. Sounds like it's a one and done with no Season 2. I really enjoyed the individual performances. Great acting.
I finally finished Boardwalk Empire tonight. Absolutely great show! I loved the ending and how they used the final season to show all the things that shaped Nucky, especially the choice he made to become sheriff. Bone for Tuna.I started Boardwalk Empire this past weekend. Great cast and the sets & costumes are really good. Only 6 episodes in so far, but really liking it. Buscemi is always phenomenal.
Always enjoyed Hobo Shoestrings. Was a shame that he died last year. I like watching illegal freedom on YouTube as well
Loving this so far. I'm surprised how genuinely intrigued I am by the mystery. I figured it would be mostly comedy. This has struck a nice balance. The latest episode was even a bit touching towards the end lol.
I really enjoyed it. Hanks directed, Ryan Reynolds produced. They did it right. A great tribute to a great guy who was super funny and a staple of entertainment in our childhoods in the 80s. Sadly, he was troubled like so many entertainers and went far too soon.

John Hughes was spinning gold in those days. RIP. I loved those movies set in a suburb of Chicago in middle America & then could always find the funniest actors/actresses to fit his roles perfectly.
I was good friends with former Auburn star Harry Hallman, who played on the Argonauts when Candy was an owner. He absolutely loved John and told me countless stories of kind, good things he did. Candy was, by all accounts, just an amazingly decent, genuine guy.
If I was in the US I don’t think I could resist the hobo lifestyle, hopping boxcars. I’d do it for a year then go back to normal life.
