Ryan Roberts' post was even more dumb although along same lines. Guy is paid to cover the ND beat and hes acting like a chud. Bruce is just a Grubl clone

No. Most of the players still considering leaving, aren't going to be big losses. There are 3-4 that would be a loss, but replaceable in terms of contributions. There's only one potential situation that could be a problem, but it's still up in the air as of this afternoon.

Seems like true "problems" relative to the status of the program as a whole would lead to only a couple possibilities here:

1. Multiple QB's out the door
2. J.Love couldn't say no to someone (Oregon) upping an offer to insane heights
3. Greathouse killed it in the playoffs and decided to test the market, and found something
4. Multiple LB's out the door

I think option 1 is the most likely

No info whatsoever but hoping Ausberry wants to be part of this squad. A bit of a log jam at LB for a guy who deserves every snap.

He's been using insider, and beat writer information as the basis for all his posts, for ages.
It's been pretty obvious he regurgitates what he takes in from others with actual sources. It bothers me when people attribute news to him for that reason. He has no actual firsthand information, he just doesn't attribute what he gets because by the time he gets it and "reports" it, it's been reported by multiple people.

Starts and ends with #1 really. Logically, no special info: Minchey and Angeli are both firmly considering and fielding offers. The hope is that when one leaves, then you pay the other more so he is okay with the current reality of the CJ Carr era. Hopefully they are okay with more money to offset the the uncertainty of their new role, or else Notre Dame's depth chart essentially starts and ends with CJ Carr, with a major need to find someone in the portal who is okay being a back up, that is at least a higher quality than Hebert.

Is there any remote reason we're mentioning Love? I don't follow this stuff closely but if he leaves I'll probably quit waiting football.

Mostly just rumblings from the end of last season with Oregon offering him a bag and ND having to renegotiate his NIL once already.

If the money is truly, truly crazy
How bad would it be for ND with its loaded RB room to run without Love and use the money saved on other investments?

(I'm playing devils advocate here, don't bitch)

Tyler Buchner is a fine third string QB.
