“Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”

In practice, this means that members of the military who are subject to the law may not participate in civilian law enforcement unless doing so is expressly authorized by a statute or the Constitution.

Yeah, except defending the border and defending things in general is a military function. The idea is to deter and repel the invasion that the idiots before allowed to happen as grownups were elected to stop it.

The people so up in arms now about due process for illegal aliens, use of the military to secure the border, deportation of criminals, and etc. now want to speak up??? You were silent when your party created this mess. Be quiet while we fix it.

1. The SCOTUS is "up in arms" about it because it's settled case law that even illegal aliens have due process.
2. The cases people are MOST upset about are cases of people who were here legally and, by definition, NOT illegal aliens. You seem pretty quiet about that. Wonder why?
3. I've said repeatedly here that I disagreed with large portions of border policy by Biden and frankly every previous administration.

Biden being incompetent is neither here nor there anymore. The Constitution is shredded. Everyone involved in this needs to be arrested, let alone impeached. It is objectively fascist.
