Untrue!
..but let's play.
-What "pork" was in it? Be specific.
-Secondly, it "never going to pass anyways" flies directly in the face of every Republican who openly said the bill had full support until Trump told them not to vote for it. Republicans authored the bill. It had the support to pass.

It does when people are trying to argue they drive the crime rate up...or are making broad statements about if we have less illegal immigrants there would be less violent crime...bc by the logic of getting rid of the people who commit violent crime being a good thing..we should start deporting citizens tomorrow.
You steel man, and straw man In the same argument. You should be called the wizard and Super. Or the Super wizard.
Oz and kryptonite have nothing on you.

The man has a reported 150-155 IQ. In truth he's smarter than anyone on this site. Does he say and do some silly things from time to time? Absolutely, and I'm sure some of that goes hand in hand with being on the spectrum. Being smart doesn't give you immunity to lapses in judgement. Facts are he's in charge of the most efficient space company on the planet. He runs the #1 EV car company. He lost Twitter half of it's revenue but was able to cut 3/4 of it's workforce, ultimately making them more profitable but also creating a powerful platform that no longer squelched conservative voices. The man is unquestionably smart, but he will definitely do dumb things from time to time. He's human.
All but one.

People didn't vote for Trump because he promised fundamental transformation
Well, this is a lie. The entire drain the swamp ideal was just that.
with government healthcare among others
I'm directly asking you again...what is the "among others"?

I will also ask directly again: Why is the/a change in the demographics of the US a bad thing?

I've saved them in case I'm reincarnated as a 6th grader in my next life.
Well, at least you can use that long sleeve polo for picture day.

You haven't said anything worth addressing.
Yet, here you are...addressing me..as did others. I'll take you not addressing any policy position as you giving up and admitting defeat to me.

You're so tied to candidates. I'm talking policy positions..which some candidates don't support.

Ball is in your court.

I don’t think you’re arguing in bad faith but I think your vitriol has just taken away any objective measure of the man
He’s been condescending to say the least. When he doesn’t have an answer, he simply replies with a yes or no to refute.

And the super Steel Man argument, has begun.

For instance.

Obama destroyed this country. He did It under zero duress.
If ya told me LBJ was mad on the toilet. I would be inclined to believe his constipation stories, and the results of civilian deaths under the carpet bombing of 2 square miles, without any expected survivors. Vietnam.
Drones dropped bombs, that killed in clear vision more civilians, and our enlisted still need therapy to this day.
The IMC has done a number on many of us. Fact Is a fact, and the facts are available now, Thank God.

Shame on Obama and any president that replaces the militaries leadership so they align with their political parties agenda. The militaries leadership should be loyal to America and all of it's citizens.

The president is the Commander in Chief and can have completely different agendas for what he or she wants their military to do. Mid-term Obama announced his pivot to the pacific to reorient his military strategy to counter PRC influence and focus less on the Middle East, which was the right call. If he had internal opposition to that strategic shift, he would have every right to fire those who were resistant to that change. The service chiefs are entirely focused on the manning, training, and equipping of their service. While the campaigning is handled by the geographic combatant commands who answer directly to the SECDEF, it is the role of the service chiefs to modernize and train their formations to support those efforts through the budgets that they submit, programs their oversee, and policy they implement. Totally in bounds to fire them if necessary.

Funny how info that Trump is getting slammed for is things former presidents have already done.
I think a lot of it frankly has to do with the perceived racism/sexism of Trump’s moved by firing Brown and Franchetti but leaving the Army and Airforce Chiefs and Marine Corps commandant (of note the vice chief of the Air Force is a white dude).

I’ve heard rumors that the CNO and Chairman privately have been trashing Trump and Hegseth (basically the reason Obama dumped General McChrystal) but I think both of them were pretty pro DEI. Brown was notably the Airforce Chief when they were decrying how many white pilots they had and Franchetti leapfrogged Austin’s pick for CNO (ADM Paparo) because Biden wanted a woman

Ding ding ding.

I don't have an issue with any president replacing Generals if they are being replaced for strategic reasons related to shifts in views on foreign policy. That's par for the course. The issue here is that the firings we are talking about are being done because those people that are being fired are being called unqualified for the office they hold simply because of their race or gender.

He’s at the funeral in Lebanon I think. Unless you mean allow a shit bag like Hinkle back into the country. Unfortunately he’s part of the new protected class by Musk.

Trump and Hegseth made it clear they are ending DEI at the DOD. If the two of them were resistant to that effort, that’s a valid reason. As I said, Biden passed up an officer that Austin recommended for CNO because he wanted a woman

He was once a more standard right wing reply guy but I’m pretty sure he hates the MAGA movement because they support Israel and he’s a rabid anti semite

I was thinking more along the lines of when Clinton and Gore announced they would be cutting out the bloat. You didn’t see Dems crying foul back then. Regardless, good info.

Maybe think about what I was responding to and try again.
I said: "Trump and Hegseth made it clear they are ending DEI at the DOD. If the two of them were resistant to that effort, that’s a valid reason."

You said: "It is not. That's ghoulish behavior for two men who are unfit to hold the offices they do."

Look I'm sorry you don't like Civilian control of the armed forces, but the President ran on ending DEI programs in the federal government, and the American people elected him.

That's not the only statement I made on the matter.

Try again.
