How is it even possible for them to sign all of those players. Assuming that none of them are EEs (I don't feel like checking), doesn't that mean that they are assuming that 7 of them will not qualify. What happens then? Do they lose their schollie? If not, it seems like a way to get around the 25/year rule.

I think I've heard some reasoning in the past... but I'm having difficulty remembering the answer...
Why don't we bring in an Juco's? A lot of national powers bring in Juco's... I think we may be missing out on some serious talent here. Kids mature and start taking academics more seriously as they get older sometimes... so why don't we consider this option?

ND will take transfers and JUCO's but it's very rare. Most of it has to do with the acedemic restictions at ND.

Rudy was considered a JUCO, and it's more common for ND to take transfers. As others have said Bemendorfer is there right now.

It turns out that Omar has considered his options once again, and MIGTH be transferring this spring to Notre Dame.
My sources are very confidential and I am unable to provide a proof, but ever since I've taken over for GG I feel very confident in this!!
