Brady is a good QB and that would be a shame to see him fall that far, but I'm sure someone would trade up to get him if he is not gone by ten.

Brady to the BEARS. Would anyone like to see that? I don't want him to drop I just want him to go to a solid team.

I'm still waiting for a 6'6" 260lb QB to take over the NFL like everyone keeps predictnig will happen. McNair? Nope. Culpepper? Nope. Russell? Hmmm....

When will they realize that 6'6 260 lb QB's are nothing more than wasted DE's and LB's?

Kiper has Quinn to the Fish at #9

I wouldn't mind seeing Quinn drop a little and end up going to a team that isn't completely devestated. And who really cares about the money that he will lose dropping from a top 3 pick to somewhere in the middle, I would take any bet that Brady doesn't care about it. Hell, he's a damn good QB and he is good looking, that just screams marketing. Everyone thinks that Manning is all over the TV, just wait for Brady to start winning and he will be absolutely everywhere. So, as a big fan, I would rather see him drop in the draft and end up on a team that he can end up being that needed piece to make a push to the post-season. And who cares about Russell getting the nod by all the so called experts, he'll end up in Oakland, end up a bust, and join Ryan Leaf working to counter at Starbucks.

I just checked the 1st round mock draft and I don't think that there is 1 5 star recruit (based on Rivals rankings) in the first round. There are several 2 stars and at least 5 players that switched positions. This just shows how much bullsh@# the recruiting rankings are.

According to Rivals' rankings, there are 6 players on ESPN's mock NFL draft that were rated as 5 stars: Jarvis Moss, Adrian Peterson, Robert Meachem, Greg Olson, Ted Ginn, and our very own Victor Abiamiri. In addition, numerous others were rated in the top 100. While not perfect, it's still a good indication.

60 yards? I thought I heard six hundred, on his BACK, OUT of the stadium, hitting the receiver IN STRIDE, with his eyes closed and both hands tied behind his back ...

Agree completely. There is no way Brady falls past Cleveland...If he even makes it that far. The combine will sort out all of this speculation.

Call me crazy and it's not going to happen, but I'd love to see Brady play for the Bears. Why? Because I'm a native Chicagoan. ;-)

JaMarcus Russell is the best QB ever. He's so far ahead of everyone else, he's probably already been drafted. Seriously, if torching the ND defense is such a draft-booster, he should have company. September cant get here fast enough!

The buzz draftwise is not all that positive on Quinn. I think there's a good chance he could drop between now and draft day. Mike Mayock was the most accurate guy at predicting the draft last year and I'm pretty sure he has some inside sources. He and the other guys on the NFL Network seem to believe that Russell is clearly the top QB prospect and that Quinn has some issues that'll keep him from being considered elite.

If that is what we are basing draft status on, Michael Bishop from KSU would have been the greatest QB ever.

And Monica Lewinsky would have been the best ever at catching those balls on her knees. Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Jamarcus Russell in Oakland = Aaron Brooks

Good luck!

but with a helluva lot worse Wonderlic test. Even LSU fans admit this guy has a box of rocks for brains. Not saying he's a bad kid or won't do well in the pros, but right now, he's a work in progress based on his physical attributes. If he came back next year, he'd be a virtual lock for the Heisman b/c he ended last season embarrassing ND's defense on a national stage like Troy Smith did the year before. I think that make pretty much clinches it now for Heisman voters. Idiots.

Maybe Quinn will fall to my Jets ... I spent the whole year rooting for them to tank and then had to see them make the fricking playoffs ... now maybe I can have the best of both worlds!

To me, even more goofy is the sudden stock spike of Jamarcus Russel to #1 pick on many boards......are they basing the rise on a performance vs the ND defense in the Sugar?

Agree. I mean look at McNabb, Culpepper, what have they really done.......NOTHING!

McNabb does have a NFC Championship, but overall, these guys are never consistant.

I hope that Brady gets picked up by the Packers or Da Bears !!!!. The weather won't have an effect on him. He'll be a starter. With all the ND fanbase in the area, it would be great and he can go around and talk to all the midwestern recruits, or do a conference call with Charlie and have the young kids on the other end of the phone and just listen in. It's not illegal, afterall this is common practice for USC.

I would take McNabb on my team anyday but as of late he cant stay healthy but he is definately an above average QB.

You are correct Sir. With the third pick in the 2007 Draft....The Cleveland Browns select...
From the University of Notre Dame...Quarterback...Brady Quinn.
