If you're going to downplay Georgia's strength of schedule, then I'm just wasting my time arguing with you. And you're putting way too much stock in bowl games to try to prop up a weak viewpoint

If you're going to respond, maybe actually READ my comment next time. It's pretty clear you didn't.

And it's not just the bowl game result, it just exemplifies what the SEC has been this year. Alabama lost to a Michigan squad who was down FAR more players than Alabama, especially when it comes to key players. And it's not like Bama was doing great until this game. They got blown out by 6-7 Oklahoma 24-3 and lost to Vandy.

I didn't downplay Georgia's SoS, and if you read my comment, you'd know that. I'm simply giving it the credit it's due. It wasn't this crazy insane gauntlet that you're making it out to be. Tough, absolutely. But it wasn't vastly better than what USC played

Georgia and USC are not that different statistically in terms of passing offense. Obviously the big unknown is the new QB, but the USC WRs do not have MUCH better stats

Plus Georgia has played a gauntlet of a schedule compared to USC

The issue with your argument is their offense actually did jack shit against any of the beter teams on their schedule.
I made this point yesterday or the day before. They failed to eclipse 300 yds of total offense in several of their biggest games.
Nobody cares that they stacked stats against 2-10 miss st.

Agree 100%.

If Georgia wins, it's because they've found a way to channel something they've not really had all year.

That's ABSOLUTELY possible. They have the talent, but we have yet to see it and without Beck, it's going to be tough.

But ND is going to have to bring their A-game or else they absolutely can and likely will lose.
