Ronnie Lott would have looked as bad in that defense playing 30 yards off the LOS by himself

Theineman’s usage at Purdue was unique. Other teams probably have a more conventional plan. Hard to believe Oregon and Ohio St are not aware of his ND film.
Walter’s is the only coach I’ve seen running that crazy defense with the safety 30 yards off the ball. Probably why he just got fired.

Must’ve realized Derek Meadows is gonna get half a million dollars to sign & redshirt so he wants a better deal

Nobody is going to pay him if he doesn’t put in the work. Plus, wanting to play WR when you’re actually a TE usually doesn’t work out for most. Wish him well and hope he develops into what he actually can be.

This DE has been productive and would be done except he had an injury after game 4 with CO this season. Could be a disruptive contributor to the D for one year (he's a grad transfer) Dayon Hayes enters transfer portal after season at Colorado I would like to know more tho' about "before a season-ending surgery in November curtailed his campaign."

The funny thing is that people say that college kids should be free to make as much money as they can like the pros... but even the pro leagues dont have this much turnover.
This lack of stability and constant turnover of the roster definitely degrades the on the field product.

Javian "JJ" Hester would be a good OU target - He was OU's '24 leading receiver and had a 22.5 avg. yds/catch, BUT not sure he's realistic. Has five years at "school" and doesn't appear to be a grad transfer.

Castellanos quit on the BC team after he was benched for playing like ass. He would be a great fit for FSU.
