He’s our QB. He’s not getting benched. We may as well accept him for who he is and embrace it.
Well said, like him or hate him he's not getting benched. His stats don't matter anymore to me, W's do.

Hit wide open guys, don't turn it over, make good decisions on 3rd down. I really can't expect more than that from him. Talent isn't there and his lack of an arm is killing us.

Shame he’s a one year transfer. He’s the type of guy who would have made a huge 2nd year jump. A lot of talent there to work with, needs reps.
More of a shame is our QB next year will have next to zero game experience from playing this year

Stanford is bad, but there’s a chance RL will be firing on all cylinders come playoff time.

I need to watch the dvr. I had a swim meet to attend. I saw him horsing around on the sidelines, so I take it he did a decent job.

I’ve been very critical of him. He played much better today. He still has “wtf?” Moments and throws but he is definitely a weapon. He will be the deciding factor on us getting to the playoff or not.

Crazy how a guy can get better through out the year that missed half of last season and all of spring. Most on the board said it couldn’t be done…
Missed half of last season, new team, new teammates, new coaches, new system. Most transfer QBs need adjustment time, maybe we all (including me) should have giving him more time to adapt.

I was happy that the offense scored so many points today against Stanford but I still have concerns with RL's performance today.

He held the ball too long before throwing and got lucky. Many times the receivers were waiting for the ball and trans with better defensive backs would break it up or get an interception.

Overall, the offense at least looks functional and you can see what Denbrock is trying to call

I picture (hope?) he has a bit of a Jack Coan type of finish.

Fans started off upset (bad oline) lost to Cincy. But by the end of the season he was beloved. (And got ripped off by the NCAA for not getting another year)

Win, lose, whatever, I just can’t wait until he’s gone. It’s unenjoyable watching him play.
He's simply not what was promised. People are over here with raging hard-ons because he's "looking better". Dude can't make routine throws you expect from a D1 P4 QB. Full stop. All at the expense of at least one of Angeli, Minchey, or Carr. He's mobile. Cool. So is our RB stable. Give me a QB who can make all the throws.

E.g., Will Howard. Who the staff passed on. Good chance he gets a ring this year so it worked out for him, lol.
