Michigan vs USC is going to show us a lot about what type of growth we will need to beat SC. If USC shuts down UM offensively then we know that by the time we play them we have to establish a competent pass game. If they can’t then we can worry less about RL’s growth. Interestingly we can also see the true ability of SC’s offense, UM’s defense is good and will be able to push USC to pull out everything in the book.

Every shuts down Michigan this year. Their offense is awful. They are making a QB change this week, though.

not much conversation about Stanford/Syracuse. Cards won on last minute field goal. They are way better than last year .Defense was able to totally shut down Syr run game with just a six man front. Secondary looked vulnerable but McCord wasn't able to execute consistently and threw some awful picks.
On offense Stanford is better, still limited by their QB who is a clone of Riley L. They have much better RBs than last year and a second receiver, Cisse who is able to take some attention away from Ayomanor .
Kicker doesn't miss. Nothing new there.
Stanford is way better than that shitless 2022 team that beat us.
