Freeman screwed the pooch on this class the last 3 weeks.
Didn’t have visits the last week, didn’t stick around the week after that while recruits were all in “decision making mode.”
Instead, Freeman went on a 3 week vacation & sent his entire staff on one too.
Didn’t split them up so half were around to recruit.
Didn’t stick around himself to talk to recruits during the first week when they all were deciding.

The prospects took their visits. There was no more scheduled. Why would he need to keep half the staff around on campus if all the visits had been concluded? The staff has also still been talking to recruits.

Someone quoted, I believe it was Singer (I know, that doesn’t mean much to some), but communication had been really good with Dylan Robinson after OVs, and leading up to that update, which I believe was last Thursday.

You are basically saying that the staff just stopped doing their jobs after OVs concluded, which I doubt. And Freeman hasn’t stopped making calls. He’s on vacation sure, but he is still checking in with the guys he wants to finish his class with.

I'm all for family time, but man, if he really went away for 3 weeks.. I'm sure he's still talking to recruits, but lets be real, it's not the same when you're in between flights to the bahamas, or lines at disney, or whatever.

Except Hall doesn't replace Hines bc they play totally different games, we need a Hines, Dakorien Moore, Jelani Watkins type of guy to take the top of the defense.

ND had 3 silent.

After the vacation ND no longer has 2 of the 3 silents. And ND now leads/haves 3 of the 7.

The ND staff knows this is and is in scramble mode.

That’s not true. There’s countless stories of recruits who commit to the staff but the staff either wants them to wait to publicly announce at a strategic time or the recruit picks a date with special meaning to publicly announce, etc. Not all silent commits are Dante Moores, triggered 8 year old kid. 😂

most silent commits are just a “trust me bro” from a recruit to a coaching staff. if i had to guess, most “silent commits” don’t end up audibly committing to said school.
