They have to pay him what he's owed and Fox Sports had been after him as well. Fox Sports should be able to find a place for him depending on the terms of his ESPN deal.

Seven figure deal and he had two years left on it. Could take some time or jump back in. He should be okay long term unless there is more to this that isn't being disclosed, which is doubtful.
