Yeah that's exactly what this ruling creates the room for. They specifically talked about political assassinations during oral arguments and then still ruled this way. Stunning really.

I am quite surprised the very stout and rational libertarians haven't chimed in with how horrible this will be.
I think this Court had Dear Leader specifically in mind and no one else, regardless of party, with this decision.
