I think it'll be a big night for the TE's. Staes has gone missing lately and hopefully it will be a coming out party for Raridon.
I see some 3 TE sets on 3rd and short with passes to the TE's.
If MF is going to go for it on 4th anyways, might as well take a shot in 3rd.

You realize that in order for that to happen (at a minimum) one other offensive coach will need to lose his job in order to make room for a new OC, right? So effectively, what you're saying is Parker was so f***ing bad that he had to be demoted, yet someone else will be punished for his failure, not him.

The issue with that is if Golden is the only coach on the staff who isn’t back then you’d have to make one of the other Defensive coaches the DC in order to bring in a OC. However, if O’Leary is not on the staff you can keep Parker as TE coach, hire a OC, and then hire a DC with experience coaching Safeties.

Well TE has been easily our best position in the time he had been here so there is a solid argument. Maybe Gino needs to go and the OC is QB coach as well as they usually are.

What I said isn’t gonna happen. I’m simply saying in a vacuum. Demoted is the least likely outcome behind fired sadly

Fair. A demotion would have been possible had they placed the interim label on the position - which, in hindsight, is probably the way they should have played this given the timing of the hire; however, they didn't and now Parker (who should have never been more than our TE coach) is in the chilling block.
