Yeah, the guy had issues and didn't deserve the die, but he wasn't going to be the next Michael Jackson. Incredibly one sided reporting that celebrates a criminal and demonizes the man that protected the other passengers on that train.

I can't imagine why trust of journalists is at an all-time low, nor why so many people don't believe most news outlets present a fair, balanced, accurate, and honest account of the news. It's just a real head scratcher to understand.

Apparently, Shannon Sharpe finally got his fill of Skip Bayless and is leaving FS1's Undisputed show that the two of them have co-hosted for years. I have no idea how Shannon tolerated Skip for a week, let alone years. Of all the talking heads in sports, Skip Bayless is the most annoying, wrong, emotional, full of shit purveyor of bad takes I've ever encountered. I've never understood how he moved beyond being the sports guy on a small AM station in the middle of EBF nowhere. I hope he soon goes back to those environs. Sharpe will be so much better off and more enjoyable to listen to without Skip.

I agree, although I think Stephen A. Smith is pretty close to Skip as far as annoying, wrong, etc. He thinks he's the GOAT of ESPN, but he's not fit to carry Stuart Scott's jockstrap.

Jemelle needs a dose of reality. Employers keep giving her one, but she can't seem to figure out the lesson involved. She may think a black woman deserves as much as Joe Rogan. That's her right. The problem with that, a point she seems oblivious to, is that her shows don't have nearly as many viewers nor earn as much revenue as Rogan's. Joe doesn't get paid for being a white male. He gets paid for attracting viewers. Jemelle knows all this. She's just a race baiter and professional complainer.

Trump and Nixon both got hit with obstruction of justice - what aspect of the additional counts that Trump got make it "better" than Nixon?

Additionally, this is under the assumption that Ford pardoning Nixon was "justified" - which would be an interesting take that I would like to hear reasoning on.

To the banana republic - these are peer countries that have had their leaders indicted/jailed; France, Italy, Israel, South Korea, Croatia, Portugal, Ukraine. There are many other countries have had their leaders charged.

Would you say that France is banana republic? Sarkozy is currently on track to head to prison for corruption charges. Do you think the french people don't trust their justice system because of the charging on their former leader?
