I got contacted again by Rivals.com (owned by Yahoo) and they complained about photos being posted. They didn't tell me what photos were being posted and provided very little information on the matter.

They made some vague threats, but I'm not sure where we stand with them right now.

Anyways, we are temporarily not allowing any photos to be posted on the site while we investigate the matter further.

I appreciate everyone's cooperation and your continued enthusiastic support for the forum.

My avatar pick is from rivals in about 17 more years. He probably won't be wearing the duck basket on his head then though.

Sorry you're getting flack, GoldLid. I think the vast majority of us understand, and are making every effort to comply. You have a great site! I wish Rivals and Scout.com would take into consideration how much traffic This site generates for Them.

If they track it I think they would be amazed, especially with all the recruiting nuts we have here. I hope they understand that no one here is trying to be malicious. We are all just football fans who love and support our team.

They have in the past if a link wasn't posted with it, and I've noticed that it has started to happen again, so if you do post something from any pay site please make sure it's not premium and make sure it has a link.

The stupid thing about the pictures is that we took down what they asked us to the first time IE was contaced and no new pictures have been posted since them, but they seem to be going out of their way to target us for some reason.

They live on information, and photos are a large part of that. It's called protecting their investment. I don't blame them per se, but it would be nice to have things done in a cordial manner.
