They are supposedly losing Debord and English so it will be interesting to see if they do retain whoever their RB coach is.
I think dropping English would be borderline idiotic. I imagine he is the one holding together their recruiting class (yea it isn't stellar, but a lot of defensive guys might take a hike). Rodriguez is known for just being an offensive coach, and he certainly has had a craptacular D for several years now. If he brings along a D coordinator over English, I think they not only lose some commits, but also have a decent number of transfers. Also a transition to 3-3-5 could mess up their young D starting to gel.
They could end up being good next year, or they could end up just plain awful. It will be interesting to see. We will be a big challenge for a new coach.
Edit: If they switch to a 3-3-5 it will probably mean they immediately target Omar as a NT - although I can't imagine with any success. Also it will mean they will be a program fighting us for similar D-line personnel for years to come.
