When Freeman took over he said he was going to widen the recruiting base.
And Dale did a first rate job in documenting the heavy tilt toward the South, particularly SEC country and away from the
skimpy recruiting base in the upper Midwest.

Agreed and given the radio silence of intel on him, I think that's probably right.

Yeah I get the feeling that he was going to commit but it isn't a committable offer yet which I'm fine with
