Does anyone watch Man vs Wild on the Discovery Channel? A new season started and Bear Gryllis tacked the Saharan Desert of Morroco. Before setting out, he got some tips from the Nomadic people who shared a delicacy of raw goat's testicles with him. Umm, protein.

Bear then dis-embowled a camel, used its skin for a blanket and it's body cavity for shelter. Nothing like Motel-6Camel cavity. I don't think they leave the light on.

Corso maybe a quirk but he's a funny quirk.

I like the show on discovery where the dude gets dropped off somewhere and he tries to survive (survivorman ??) with his limited tools. Pretty cool.

I've tried watching that, but the guy is a terrible filmographer. The camera is always taking weird shots and is not steady. Plus, he never tries to get rescued, he just hangs out until his crew comes to get him in 5-7 days. I'm not saying its easy, just not as interesting as trying to find your way out of the forest or jungle.

On one episode, he was adrift out at sea off the coast of South America. There was a rescue boat that stayed out of visible distance monitoring him. One night a storm came up and he called for the boat to come get him. He then got back in the flotation and carried on the next morning until he was "rescued."

It's kind of absurd, but it's better than watching Tilo Tequila on MTV.
