According to Singer, Joseph is already on campus.

Others are guessing ND is trying to get him committed & enrolled before the Spring deadline on Monday.
Its an official, which is allowed for transfers during the dead period, so he can stay for free until Saturday. Hopefully by then he will be Irish.
